This Trousdale Estates home in Beverly Hills is a custom home with private courtyard that is only accessible after entry through your personal security gate. The home is a study of the juxtaposition of linear balance with organic curves. A curved wall of six stone panels with an entry in the center greets you. A large, cantilevered awning with strong horizontal lines covers the opening. The near Brutalist-nature of the first impression of the home though is nothing like the open, bright, airiness you feel once you enter through the intricately designed iron gate. Attention to detail and luxury finishes are apparent in every corner of this home. The high-style design is only matched by the masterful flow of the floor plan, which leads you to the rear of the home. At the back of the home a wall of windows creates a near seamless delineation between outside and in. A sweeping lanai with plenty of room for dining and conversation while entertaining or simply relaxing pool side is covered by a curved roof overhead.  Creating balance and symmetry, the curve echos the curve of the pool, as well as the curve of the front entryway.
